Athena II 16K Yellow Polarizer LCD Module

Compatible with Athena II

The Athena II 16K Yellow Polarizer LCD Module is the current-generation 16K replacement screen assembly for Athena II printers. It uses the same 9.6" 16K monochrome LCD format as the Black Polarizer version, but with a yellow polarizer that makes it compatible with both 405nm and 385nm light sources.

Like the Black Polarizer version, this module also takes full advantage of Athena II’s 8-bit grayscale / anti-aliasing support, allowing for smoother surfaces and improved model smoothing compared to many typical 3-bit 16K systems. This helps improve the appearance of fine details, curved geometry, and shallow angles.
